                                           Ezfund

The Ezfund method of sending money works in a fast, safe,
and secure way. All you have to do is call us to quickly
set up your account with your password and within minutes
you will be able to send money from your Telephone, PDA,
or Computer to any Ezfund fixed location or mobile vehicle
for delivery within as little as a few minutes.

We can send Money for you directly from your Checking
or your Credit Card Account. Some of our locations offer
the added ability to convert a cash transaction to a check
transaction for an additional fee depending on the
individual Ezfund locations policy.

When we print a check for you at the receiving location
using your checking account information we withdraw
those funds "directly" from your bank account for the
exact amount of the authorized transaction. We also
issue an additional check from your account that
covers our Transaction Fee.

Our Transaction Fee is a fixed amount and does not
increase with the amount of the check that you are
authorizing us to issue for you. Our system allows you
to issue funds for any amount from your checking
and/or credit card account as long as those funds
are available to you.

Our Standard Transaction Fee for funds withdrawn
from your checking account and delivered in as little
as one minute to a fixed location within our Ezfund
system is $12.00. Our fees increase slightly for the use
of our mobile delivery system which allows you to have
your funds hand delivered within as little as a few
minutes directly to the recipient's location.

When we issue a check for you that is drawn against your checking account
you are responsible for availability of those funds, not Ezfund.

When we issue a check for you using your Credit Card information our
Standard Transaction Fee including delivery to a fixed location is $15.00 and
the check that we issue for you is drawn against the Ezfund Corporate account.
Our fees increase slightly for our Mobile hand delivery of your funds.
